Happy Monday! This past week was full of some rest days and a competition! My friend and I competed in the Horrible Hundred for the second year in a row! The outcome wasn’t exactly what we expected, especially after last year’s results, but it was fun nonetheless! My body definitely took a beating and I was so sore yesterday and still am today. I’ll recap the whole thing later this week!

I didn’t get to do the last workout of the Open yet since we competed on Saturday, but hoping to get it in this week. It looks pretty horrible, but should be fun. I’ll then write up a recap of the Open too.
