Happy Monday! Not going to lie, definitely wasn’t ready to wake up this morning. I didn’t get to bed until 11pm because I was meal prepping and that is way past my bed time. But it’s Monday and I’m ready to tackle the week and I have a HUGE to-do list. Hoping to knock a few things off of it today.

How was everyone’s weekend? Do anything fun for Cinco de Mayo? We went to our friend’s house for a pool party and yesterday I had a baby shower for another friend. The weather has been killing it here and being outside as much as possible is on the to-do list like everyday. Gotta take it in before summer rolls around.

On the working out front – on Saturday morning I hosted a free workout class at Athleta! If you are local to Austin, you should definitely come and check it out as I will be doing two more later this month. Follow this link and click on the day you would like to come (either the 26th or 27th) and sign up! It’s a free HIIT endurance workout consisting of bodyweight moments and cardio. Followed by the workout is a short nutrition talk by me. And you get a private shopping session at Athleta with a discount. Hope to see you there!
