Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend. On Saturday we spent some time outside and went to a local watering hole which was super relaxing. Definitely trying to get outside more before the heat really settles in, which it’s going to get to 100 this week I believe…

Last week was another week where my workouts were kind of all over the place. I’ve been having trouble finding a good routine and sticking with it. If I put my workout off for too long, I usually won’t do one. I’m starting to think I just need to get it done in the morning and get it over with. Or at least plan what time I am going to workout and write it in my schedule for the next day. That way I have no excuse not to do it.

This never used to be a problem for me, but the past couple months have been a struggle. I said it before, but I really need to start switching it up and finding a workout/routine that will work for me at the moment. I’ve let my fitness routine slide, which is okay from time to time, but it’s time that I stop making excuses and start putting in the effort!
