What I Ate Wednesday

FYI – this day (from Sunday) of eats is not the most exciting. For some reason I just wasn’t all that hungry and I had a headache that just won’t seem to go away. The day started out with a couple frozen banana slices before my workout. I really wanted to go on a run, but the weather was not cooperating and just kept raining. It’s been raining a lot here which stinks. So I just settled for a little home WOD of box jumps, burpees, and situps. I worked up a good sweat, but still wish I could of went for a run.

Breakfast was some sauteed broccoli with a little leftover white rice, topped with an egg and some egg whites, avocado, and hot sauce. We then headed down to South Congress so I could pick something up for my mom to give to her next week. Then off to the mall so the boyfriend could get some new dress shirts for two weddings we have this weekend and the next. Wedding season is definitely upon us.

When we got home I snacked on some hummus, carrots, and broccoli.

We started to get dinner ready and just settled on Turkey burgers (from Costco), roasted potatoes and onions, avocado, and a quick tzatziki sauce I whipped up. I had it all on some lettuce to help get rid of some of the veggies we have before we leave town for a week.

Not pictured, but after dinner I made some mango overnight oats for breakfast the next day…so obviously snacked on some mango and coconut water.
