We’re back with another look into my daily eats. This day of eats is from Monday. Tried to keep it pretty clean after some pizza and ice cream on Sunday night.

The morning started off pretty easy. I had to be at work at 7:30 so I had time to make breakfast which consisted of a whole egg and egg whites over some mixed greens. Accompanying that was some cherry tomatoes, pineapple, half a peach, and some of an old avocado. Can’t let it go to waste.

I was pretty hungry around 11:30 so I ate my snack of some carrots. I didn’t pack a lunch since I only had to be at work until 1. That way I could just eat when I got home.

By the time I got home I was ready for lunch. I had to take Charlie out though. We are watching our friends dog for the weekend while they are away. It’s be fun but makes me think if the bf and I are really ready for the commitment of getting our own dog. Lunch was pretty light since it was already 2pm. I made a green smoothie I am testing out for the blog with fitppl protein powder. I also had a small salad with tomatoes, cucumber, and a mixture of chickpeas and pineapple from a recipe coming tomorrow!

I wanted to get some more shots of these cashew cherry chocolate cups, so I had a bite of one. For picture purposes obviously.

The rest of the day I did some work. I had to coach CrossFit at 6:30 and 7:30 so an early dinner it was. I had leftover salmon over greens with Tessamae’s lemon garlic dressing and some of a quinoa salad I made over the weekend. Coming to the blog soon!

I didn’t get home till 9 and was a little hungry. I finished off the cashew cherry chocolate cup from earlier and had a spoonful of cashew coconut butter and decided I probably didn’t need anything else.
