Avocado Sauce

A super simple creamy avocado sauce you can throw on almost anything! Made with ripe avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic, this avocado lime sauce comes together in 5 minutes and is so delicious! Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, paleo, and Whole30.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-large avocados, skin and pit removed (260 grams)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened lite coconut milk (from a can)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (use less for less spicy)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Make your avocado sauce. Place all ingredients into a Vitamix, high-powered blender, or food processor. You can also place all the ingredients in a wide-mouth jar and use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, or your desired consistency, about 30 seconds. Adjust according to taste.
  • Enjoy! Use it as a dip, a sauce, spread, or however you please!
