This easy avocado tzatziki recipe is made with avocado, lemon juice, garlic, cucumber, and dill for a healthy and dairy-free alternative to the popular Greek yogurt sauce. Paleo and Whole30.
Prep your cucumbers. Cut cucumbers in half and remove seeds with a spoon. Dice into 1/4 inch pieces.
Blend avocados. Add the avocados, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of dill to your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix in the remaining ingredients. Add the avocado mixture to a medium bowl. Roughly chop your remaining dill. Stir in diced cucumber and dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
