Combine your ingredients. Add ground pork, spices, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a medium or large bowl. Using your hands, mix to combine. Add in the blueberries and carefully mix to combine. Form sausage mixture into 10 equal-size patties. When forming the sausage patties, try to enclose the blueberries with some of the meat so they stay in place and do not fall out when cooking.
Cook. Heat up a large skillet or cast iron over medium heat. Add oil and let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add sausage patties in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. You may have to cook in two batches depending on how big your pan is.
