Ingredients

  • 1 medium frozen banana (100 grams)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (100 grams)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (30 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (use more or less for desired consistency)
  • pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons walnuts (16 grams)

Instructions

  • Blend your smoothie. Add all the ingredients except your walnuts to a high-powered blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in walnuts and pulse/blend for a few more seconds until desired consistency (I like them a little chunky in there).
  • Enjoy! Drink or top with some toppings and enjoy!
