Ingredients

Peanut Butter & Honey Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (80 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Avocado & Chili Oil Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (80 grams)
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili oil (depending on spice preference)
  • drizzle of honey

Smoked Salmon Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (80 grams)
  • thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • thinly sliced red onion
  • fresh dill
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Tomato & Balsamic Glaze Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (80 grams)
  • sliced tomato
  • drizzle of balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • sprinkle of flaky salt

Instructions

Peanut Butter & Honey Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • Toast sourdough bread to your liking.
  • Make toast. Spread cottage cheese on your piece of toast. Drizzle with peanut butter, honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Enjoy!

Avocado & Chili Oil Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • Toast sourdough bread to your liking.
  • Make toast. Mash avocado on your piece of toast. Spread cottage cheese on top of your mashed avocado. Drizzle with chili oil and honey.
  • Enjoy!

Smoked Salmon Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • Toast sourdough bread to your liking.
  • Make toast. Spread cottage cheese on your piece of toast. Top with sliced cucumber, smoked salmon, sliced red onion, dill, and everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Enjoy!

Tomato & Balsamic Glaze Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • Toast sourdough bread to your liking.
  • Make toast. Spread cottage cheese on your piece of toast. Top with sliced tomato, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, basil, and flaky sea salt.
