Creamy Salsa Dressing

This creamy salsa dressing combines salsa, greek yogurt, lime juice, and spices for a tangy and spicy dressing that is ready in 10 minutes and is so delicious! Use it on salads, tacos, bowls, as a dip for protein, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full-fat greek yogurt (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup red salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Make the dressing. Add all ingredients to a glass jar. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. You can also blend it in your blender or food processor. Adjust according to taste.
  • Enjoy! Use as a salad dressing, on tacos, in bowls, with protein, and more! As the dressing sits in the fridge, it will thicken up more.
