Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 cups unsweetened almond milk*
  • 1 small-medium sweet potato, baked, cut & peeled, and frozen** (200 grams)
  • 2 small bananas, cut into chunks and frozen (150 grams)
  • 1 small avocado (90 grams)
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • pinch of sea salt
  • optional additions - protein powder, cinnamon...

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a Vitamix or high powered blender in the oder listed. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Notes

*I like mine super thick and creamy and only do 1.5 cups. Adjust liquid to your preference.
**to bake sweet potato, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 35-40 minutes until soft and it can be pierced with a knife.
I love to have frozen sweet potatoes and bananas in the freezer at all times to make this easy to whip up any time! This recipe can also be halved to serve one, which is what I usually do for myself
