Blend smoothie. Add all the ingredients in the order listed to a high-powered blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.

This smoothie is fairly thick. I absolutely love my smoothies this way so I can add some toppings, but if you don’t feel free to add some more liquid to thin it out.Nutrition is based on using 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.
