Prep the corn by removing the husk and excess silk.
Spray/rub ears of corn with avocado oil, giving them a slight coating. Once the grill is hot, place corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating every few minutes until corn is cooked and has some char marks.
While the corn cooks, make the sauce. Mix together the mayo, lemon juice, and Old Bay in a small bowl and place in the fridge until ready to use.
Once the corn is done, drizzle with sauce and optional toppings if using.
