  • Saute onion. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, and let it get hot. Add onions, salt, and pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  • Brown your meat. Add ground beef and break it up. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, broth, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until browned and everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Enjoy! Use in tacos, taco bowls, salads, or however you like.
