Jalapeno Ranch

Creamy jalapeno ranch with greek yogurt, sour cream, jalapenos, and fresh herbs for a healthy and spicy take on ranch dressing. Ready in 10 minutes and perfect for salads, a dip, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full-fat plain greek yogurt (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped chives
  • 2 large jalapeno peppers, roughly chopped (remove seeds for less spice)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Make your jalapeno sauce. Add yogurt, sour cream. parsley, dill, chives, jalapeno, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a Vitamix, high-powered blender, or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, or to your desired consistency, about 15-20 seconds (you still want to see some of the herbs). Adjust according to taste.
  • Enjoy! Use it as a dip, a sauce, a spread, or however you please! As it sits in the fridge, it will thicken up.
