In a high powered blender, blend together cashew milk, key lime juice, avocado, vanilla, and protein powder.
Add to a jar and stir in oats, chia seeds, and lime zest.
Cover and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. In the morning, top with desired toppings and eat at room temperature or warmed to your liking.
