Take up your acai bowl a notch with this Spicy Tropical Acai Bowl! Tropical fruit, acai, & a little cayenne spice add a refreshing kick to your breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lite coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 package unsweetened frozen acai
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depending on heat preference)
  • optional toppings: kiwi, mango, granola, cacao nib, coconut butter...

Instructions

  • All all ingredients in the order listed to a Vitamix or high powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. If using a Vitamix, use your tamper to incorporate all ingredients.
  • Place in a bowl and top with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
