Strawberry Cashew Chia Pudding
Just three ingredients make this Strawberry Cashew Chia Pudding, an easy and nutritious breakfast, snack, or dessert that is paleo, gluten-free, and Whole30 approved!

Ingredients

cups
strawberry cashew milk
2-4
tablespoons
chia seeds (depending on thickness*)
Instructions
Add strawberry cashew milk to a bowl or large jar and whisk in chia seeds. If in a jar you can also just shake really well.
Leave in large jar or pour mixture into two jars and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel.
Top with fresh strawberries and cashews or eat as is.

Notes
*Two tablespoons will leave mixture more liquity. Four will make it a gel like consistency.
