Ingredients
1tablespoonbutter*
1pintcherry tomatoes
1containerCece's Veggie Noodle Co zucchini spirals (or 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized/300 grams)
fresh basil + more for topping
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add about 1 tablespoon butter (or ghee, coconut oil...) to a medium sauté pan over medium heat and let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add a pint of cherry tomatoes and salt and sauté for 2-3 mins until blistered.
Turn down to low and add zucchini spirals, fresh basil, and salt and pepper. Sauté for about 30 seconds or until desired doneness. Top with more fresh basil and enjoy!
